We use your data exclusively to: (a) verify your eligibility for assistance programs; (b) provide the consulting services you request; (c) send informational communications only if you authorize them; (d) comply with legal obligations in Puerto Rico and the United States.

We process your data based on your express consent, the performance of the services contract, and applicable legal obligations within the jurisdiction of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
4. Sharing information with third parties
We do not sell or rent your information. We may share it with government agencies only when you expressly authorize us to file an application on your behalf, and with technology providers bound by confidentiality agreements.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, object to, and restrict the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to privacidad@aethericflowspr.com. We will respond within 30 calendar days at the latest.
6. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as needed to deliver the contracted services and, afterwards, for up to 7 years to comply with accounting and tax obligations in Puerto Rico.
7. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures, including TLS 1.3 encryption, role-based access controls, and annual audits, to protect your data against unauthorized access or loss.
