These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of aethericflowspr.com, owned by Aethericflowspr Advisory LLC, a limited liability company registered with the Puerto Rico State Department under number 488214-LLC, with offices at 1255 Ave. Ponce de León, Suite 8-B, San Juan, PR 00907.
1. Purpose of the service
Aethericflowspr Advisory LLC provides private consulting services in financial literacy, administrative management, and guidance on state and federal programs in Puerto Rico. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with FEMA, HUD, USDA, IRS, or the Puerto Rico Treasury Department.
2. Acceptance
Use of the website implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree, please do not use the site.
3. Services and fees
The initial eligibility check is offered free of charge. Additional services are quoted in writing and through an individual contract signed by both parties. Fees may be fixed, hourly, or success-based depending on the case.
4. Client responsibilities
The client guarantees the truthfulness of the information provided and agrees to deliver the necessary documents in a timely manner. Missing information may limit our ability to provide the service appropriately.
5. Limitation of liability
Aethericflowspr Advisory LLC acts with due diligence but does not guarantee approval of any program, credit, or benefit, since the final decision always lies with the relevant government agencies.
6. Intellectual property
All site content (text, images, logos, the Aethericflowspr brand) is owned by Aethericflowspr Advisory LLC or its licensors and is protected by the intellectual property laws of Puerto Rico and the United States.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of San Juan, Puerto Rico.
8. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. The current version will be published on aethericflowspr.com with the corresponding update date.
